We suggest starting off with making just a list of adjectives before defining each one. Below is a list of adjectives that would be general used to describe ourselves but have you taken the time think of each word in detail as it pertains yourself. How are going to be kind? Try to define each adjectives that you want to apply to your life! Here's a link to Merriam-Webster Online if you want a clear definition of any of the adjectives.

You will begin your I Am Statements by only doing three. You’ll be able to add more I Am Statements at anytime. This is a temporary worksheet as we are developing the I Am social network community.

Write an I Am Statement using one adjective! Example: I am respectful towards myself and other, by acknowledge peoples presence.

I am aware of opportunities to be helpful. Being kind makes people happy and empowers them to spread kindness to others.

Courteous

I am courteous because I use good manner as much as possible.

Polite

I am polite because I use the customary manners for the social environment I’m in.

Dreamer

I am dreamer because it fuels my creativity and passion.
